Anna Osipov, a 5th grader at Gleason Elementary School in Plymouth, is the finalist for Google’s doodle contest held for k-12 students. 114,000 kids entered the Doodle 4 Google competition. One design was chosen from each state. Anna represents Minnesota.
The theme of the contest was “If I could travel in time, I’d visit…” and Anna chose the Aztecs.
Anna and the other state winners are competing for the ultimate prize of $30,000 for college and a $50,000 technology grant for the school.
Voting is closed but the winner of the Doodle 4 Google contest will be announced May 18th.
