NIH Homes is excited to announce we were ranked #16 on the Top 25 Builders of 2018. The list is a result of a recent survey performed by Housing First Minnesota. Rankings are determined by the annual gross revenue reported by survey respondents for for-sale housing.
David Siegal, the executive director of Housing First Minnesota, says, “The top 25 builders are clearly experts in building community and are working to provide Minnesotans with a safe, healthy, and efficient place to call home.”
In 2018, NIH Homes built a total of 27 new homes. Every home was customized to feature unique luxury design details that set each home apart from the next. We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship that goes into each home we build. Our team is also grateful to be able to provide members of our community with a beautiful place to call home.
