If you see a home on the Parade of Homes house tour or while visiting Taylor Creek or Spring Meadows of Plymouth but it needs a little tweaking to fit the way your family lives we can do that.
Take a look at the floor plans for the Medford and the Medford II. Both are beautiful homes with similar foot prints but they have been customized for the lifestyle of different home owners. The Medford II was born of the Medford. A homeowner loved the Medford but need a some changes so their lifestyle would fit in the new home. The new design was so functional and attractive it became a standard floor plan. Which can of course be customized as well.
Both the Medford and the Medford II are over 4000 square feet and both have at least 5 bedrooms. Both of these homes have finished basements. The Medford II is a larger home but both of them have beautiful woodwork, large open rooms for entertaining and enough storage space that your home will never feel cluttered.

The Medford at 5485 Comstock Lane N. has just finished the Tyveking process and the Medford II located at 16630 54th Court N has just wrapped up the electrical and plumbing phase of building.
