We’ve been working with our newest agent, Mary Dale, for a few weeks now and thought it high time we introduce her to our readers. Mary will be working with Jeremy in the models of Spring Meadows and Taylor Creek and will help host the opens and upcoming house tours.
Mary has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and specializes in residential real estate and new construction. Her background in new construction comes from working with several production builders and custom builders. She takes the consultative approach when working with clients regarding buying, selling, or building a home. Her approach to real estate is educating her clients so they can make an informed decision. Her experience working with builders, gives her the expertise to stage her client’s homes to sell and she works with an Architectural Photography to get the perfect photos of the home.
In addition, she is involved in teaching classes through the Eden Prairie Schools – Community Education Program on real estate topics like What Really Sells Your House, Buying Your First Home with Resale in Mind and Current Trends in Interior Design. She has a class coming up on What Really Sells Your House on Wednesday, February 15 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. There is a small charge.
