Joe and Julie Moreau, and their daughter Sarah, have just started building their new home in Plymouth, Minnesota. This luxury new home in the Wayzata school district is a variation of the Medford II by NIH Homes.

The Moreaus have customized the Medford II by making it a just a bit smaller than the traditional Medford II. They’ve just begun to lay the forms to pour the concrete for the foundation in these photos but already the shape of their new home is taking place.
