NIH has begun construction on another new home in Plymouth. Phil and Gail Gramlow are the newest members of the Spring Meadows neighborhood.
We begin building their new home only after sitting down with Phil and Gail to design their home around their lifestyle. After determining what features they want and need we draw up the plans for their approval. If changes are necessary we make them until both Phil and Gail are satisfied that their new home in Plymouth is going to meet all their needs for entertaining, relaxing, working and raising their family.
The Gramlows chose to build their new home using the Raleigh plan. The Raleigh floor plan features five bedrooms, three and a half baths and has over 4000 square feet of living space. Click on the images below to see the Raleigh floor plan in detail
