The electrical has been roughed in and the HVAC has too. If you look closely you can see the corner fireplace in the basement area.
When this home is finished it will have a beautiful wet bar in the basement for entertaining, family get togethers and the all important football parties. ‘Rec Room’ just doesn’t do the lower level entertainment room justice.
The windows are huge, allowing for light to not just spill in but to flow in and fill the room with natural warmth and light. The basement alone is over 1000 sq feet.
