Here’s another update on one of our new homes in the 3rd addition of Taylor Creek.
The new homeowners are thrilled about living in a beautiful neighborhood. Just look at the views they will have when this new home is completed.
The home they have chosen to build is a Medford II which has been customized around their family’s busy lifestyle. The kids are super excited to be transferring to the Wayzata school district where they will make many great friends and participate in all kinds of activities.
Seeing the framing near completion is so exciting for the new homeowners and they can’t wait until it’s time to move in. The stairs are ready to be installed and the house wrap has gone up.
When all is finished this new luxury home in Plymouth will be nearly 5600 square feet. The homeowners are looking forward to the added space, the open floor plan and the extra entertaining areas. The private pool and clubhouse are a nice feature as well.
