Dear clients, future clients, and friends of NIH Homes,

Jeremy, Chad, Colt and Larry Skogquist NIH Homes Elk River MNAs social distancing continues to evolve due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to give an update on how NIH Homes is protecting our employees, clients, trade partners, and local communities.

To Our Current Clients:

Work on your home will continue. However, we are taking precautions at the job-site to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These precautions include:

  • Scheduling only one trade partner to work on your home at a time
  • Encouraging our trade partners to arrive on-site in separate vehicles
  • Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting you home by our cleaning team once construction is complete

Should you need to request non-emergency warranty work on your home, please know that we will extend the deadline until social distancing restrictions are lifted. That being said, if emergency work is required, we will still complete it as needed.

To Our Future Clients:

At this time, our office hours have not changed and we are operating normally. All of our contractual agreements will be done electronically and payments can be mailed to our office. For the time being, all meetings will be held virtually. To contact our team, please email us at info@nihhomes.com or call our office at (763) 441-1945.

To Our Friends and Fans Interested in a New Home:

You can still tour or model homes as each model is open for a virtual tour. In addition, our team is hosting virtual consultations to discuss your building options. Our virtual consultation days and times are flexible. If you’d like to schedule a virtual consultation, click here.

NIH Homes has been in business since 1989 and over the last 31 years, we’ve survived through stock market swings, 9/11 and recessions. We will survive this too! We truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us and are grateful for your patience and understanding as we adjust to these extraordinary times. We’re looking forward to serving your housing needs!

Sincerely,

Jeremy, Chad, Colt and Larry Skogquist
