Can you believe we’re in the last month of the year? How time flies! What a busy and exciting year it’s been – Parade of Homes, Artisan Home Tour, multiple open houses and even featured on Fox 9 News! We’ve had a wonderful year and are looking forward to next year’s tours! December in the Twin Cities is a magical time. With a fresh snowfall and homes and businesses decorated for the holidays it’s magical just to walk around your neighborhood to get in the holiday spirit. Of course there are other events taking place this December in the Twin Cities including Holidazzle, a holiday bazaar, and ice skating. Wells Fargo Winterskate
When: Now through Feb. 7th

Visit Saint Paul, the City of Saint Paul and Wells Fargo invite you to experience Wells Fargo WinterSkate, a free, outdoor, artificially-chilled ice skating rink in the heart of Downtown Saint Paul.
Holidazzle
When: Thursdays – Sundays through December 20th
Where: Loring Park
The Minneapolis Downtown Council and Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board are excited to partner together and bring Holidazzle to Loring Park. As downtown Minneapolis’ premier holiday celebration, Holidazzle has delighted residents, visitors and downtown employees for years. Now, in 2015, this tradition is bringing family-friendly programming to Loring Park and is free and open to the public. You and yours are invited to join in the festivities!
Holiday Bazaar at Landmark Center
When: December 3rd – 5th

Tis’ the season for holiday cheer and shopping! Landmark Center will open its doors for the 37th Annual Landmark Center Old-Fashioned Holiday Bazaar featuring 75 booths of beautiful and unique handcrafted gift items by the area’s finest artists.
The Bazaar will feature quality handcrafted items including, jewelry, wreaths, paintings, woven and wearable art, handmade lotions, soaps and more! Festive music and delicious treats will add to the enjoyment of holiday shopping. The Landmark Center Holiday Bazaar will offer shoppers a chance to win one or more of 75 items, donated by each of the exhibitors.
Grand Meander
When: December 5th | 8:30am – 5pm
Where: Grand Avenue in St. Paul
Grand Meander is a St. Paul tradition that captures the charm of historic Grand Avenue and the cozy communal spirit of the holidays!
Pick out your Christmas tree, have breakfast with Santa, hear carolers strolling from store to store or hop on a classic street trolley and ride the 30-block length of Grand Avenue.
Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
Making Spirits Bright
When: Now through Jan. 3rd
Where: Minnesota Landscape Arboretum
‘Tis the season for celebrating the serenity of winter beauty, the gifts of family and friends … and childlike wonder. The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum presents “Making Spirits Bright,” a season of Gingerbread, visits with Santa, a 20-ft. Poinsettia Tree, live music, outdoor lights on the buildings and trees and live evergreen trees decorated in natural ornaments. Making Spirits Bright runs Nov. 27-Jan. 3. (Need another reason to visit? The Arboretum offers free gate admission every Thursday, November through March.)
