This custom home in Plymouth was a treat to build. We worked closely with the homeowners to build a home for them that was built around their lifestyle. The home we’ve designed includes 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. It’s a custom Medford design including a maintenance free deck, Infinity Screen Porch, 10 ft ceilings, a finished basement and on top of that – it’s a low cost energy home with Energy Star rated windows, appliances and plumbing!

The main entry features beautiful double doors and access to anywhere in the home. To the right is the formal dining room, perfect for holiday dinners with the whole family. Continue through to the great room filled with natural sunlight from the spacious and abundant windows. Gather round the tree and warm your feet in front of the fireplace.

The kitchen is open to the great room and has plenty of room for eating in or just hanging out. The rear porch is accessible through the dinette area. Notice even more floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen!

Continue on through and you’ll notice our signature feature, the rear foyer with cubbies – perfect for backpacks, briefcases, and all those coats, boots and sports gear. Everyone has a space to store their stuff when they come home, no need to have a disorganized mess.
